Can school districts change their C4E budgets after the Commissioner approves it? If yes, what is the process?

Yes with Commissioner’s approval. The process is the same at the district level as any budget transfer. In terms of Department approval, districts should send an e-mail to EMSCMGTS@MAIL.NYSED.GOV requesting approval for amendments to an approved C4E.
