Only of themselves and Santa. HIPPA laws do not allow us to take permanent pictures of any patients with out their written consent to do so. We will from time to time take digital pictures of patients with Santa but only after first arranging it with the hospital and securing a release form to do so. If the hospital does not want or allow digital pictures to be taken even with releases, then we will abide by their rules.
