One rule can be set from Outlook Web Access (OWA), and that is the Out of Office Rule. In OWA, click on OPTIONS in the Outlook bar on the left of the window and follow the instructions to create your Out of Office rule. (The procedure is the same for Macs and for PCs from a browser.
