Can RRP be applied to ground that has not first been loosened?

This can of course be done. However, it should be checked that the soil can properly absorb the RRP processing solution sprayed onto it. If the solution remains on the surface, the soil should be loosened a little (3 cm depth) to make it receptive to water. In most cases this is not necessary.
