Can Roman Catholics attend Old Catholic Mass and Receive their Sacraments?
[Note: The question was asked by one of our priests who serves as a chaplain at a nursing home in his community. At the nursing home, some of the Eucharistic ministers from the local Roman Catholic Church who bring communion once a week have told residents they should not attend this priest’s masses and that he was not really an ordained priest and couldn’t consecrate the Eucharist.
