A. No. RME 4.0.5 does not install on a Windows 2000 PDC or BDC. RME 4.0.5 requires a Windows 2000 / 2003 account to service all non-privileged user requests to RME. The different account creation mechanisms for this account used by PDCs and BDCs would require excessive engineering and test resources. Installing RME 4.0.5 on a PDC or BDC would compromise security because the non-privileged account it creates has to be a domain account on a PDC or BDC; on a non-PDC/BDC system, this is a local account.
