Can returns filed under Amnesty be amended later?
Can I request a refund? Any return filed under Amnesty can be amended. However, you forfeit the benefits of the program if the return is filed past July 30, 2010. You will be responsible for all tax, penalty and interest due on the amended return. By participating in the Tax Amnesty Program, you waive your right to protest or initiate an administrative or judicial proceeding or to claim any refund of moneys paid under the program.
