It may be possible to trace a restricted phone call on your cell phone by calling the cell phone service provider and supplying the representative with information on the call. This means keeping track of the time and date the call was received. If the cell phone service provider is not able to trace the phone call and the caller is harassing you, a call can be made to the local police department to ask for help.
