“Yes, all residents can send in materials for City Media. However, the editorial staff does look at whether the materials are appropriate to be broadcasted. This year, the possibility to send in one’s own short films is explicitly promoted, for example through City Media itself. We will also give extra attention to City Media a the various schools for audiovisual media in Rotterdam, so that young people can demonstrate their personal talent.
