Small pets are permitted at Wildwood Canyon Villa upon submission of a signed pet agreement. Pets must primarily stay in the resident’s apartment. Pet deposits are required prior to move-in.

We encourage prospective residents to talk with our director and the possibility of bringing their pet to live with them at Wildwood Canyon Villa. Pets must be disease and pest free and have received all required vaccinations. Pets who pose a threat to the well-being of staff or residents are not permitted. Some charges may apply.
