No, either the missing person or the person looking for them must be overseas. Red Cross is the only agency worldwide to offer tracing assistance to families separated as a result of war, conflict or disaster. In order to ensure our unique service is well placed to respond to this need, we look to other organisations here in Australia that offer tracing services that are less focused on cases whereby contact was lost due to war or disaster.
