But with a corporate goal of increasing revenue from $1.3 billion to $2 billion in just three years, Senior Vice President of Global Human Relations Ronald Russell has to add to his 2,400 employees in 50 locations in North America, Europe and Asia — sometimes in places where that’s not so easy.
