Can recommenders submit their letters before Ive completed the online application?
Yes. To provide your recommenders with the ability to respond prior to you completing your application, you may use temporary placeholders in fields requiring information from you (i.e., personal statement, writing sample, etc.). Fill in the recommenders’ information and press, SUBMIT. An automated email will be sent to each recommenders with instructions on how to respond. You will need to return to the application to remove the placeholder and enter/upload the required materials; however, you will not be able to modify any recommender information.
