We prefer that recommendation letters be submitted online, however, if your recommender is not able to submit the letter online he/she can mail the letter directly to the Department of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science at the address shown below (not the Graduate School). Ms. Julie Prince Department of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science University of Minnesota 421 Washington Avenue, S.E. Minneapolis, MN 55455, USA Please ask the writer(s) to include their official email address and phone number. Non-affiliated emails like gmail, yahoo, etc. are not acceptable. The writer(s) can give you the letter in a sealed and signed envelope if you wish to mail it along with other supporting documents.
