Can real estate agents names be drawn into the work order automatically?
Yes. Your real estate agent database can be built into Horizon and you can select agents from a drop-down list. You can also manage the list and change or add real estate agents and real estate companies as you go. Better still, when you select an agent, not only do any notes about the agent appear along with their contact information, something special happens – You are told how many times you work with that agent, and you get that address, date and client name from the last inspection you worked with them on. Makes you look great on the phone!
