Can rabbits eat soybean?
I would not feed them to your rabbit. Legumes, including soybeans, generate gas during digestion and rabbits can’t burp to relieve the pressure, so it causes them pain. Beans and peas should never be fed to rabbits. I would not worry about the protein content of her diet- in the wild they are strict vegans and eat primarily herbaceous materials. They do not have a need for much protein at all, and as long as you are feeding a variety of veggies daily, she should have all her dietary needs met by them.
