Negative…you can export some lists, but you can’t export transactions from QuickBooks.

There are 3rd party solutions out there that can accomplish the task for you. In addition to BigRed’s IIF tool (above), you could use QODBC ($150) or the freebie at www.data-devil.com.

No, not directly as an IIF file. However, QuickBooks can export reports to Excel & those reports can be used to create IIF files containing transactions for import into QuickBooks! Our Transaction & List Copier takes advantage of this capability and allows you to copy transactions from one QuickBooks file to another.
