Can Quick Calibrations perform warranty repairs?
No. While Quick Calibrations are able to perform the repair work, no Warranty repair work will be performed for a manufacturer or equipment supplier on the customers request. The customer may elect to request this work and indicate that this is a warranty issue, whereby all details will be entered onto the Calibration / Service report as to the cause of failure etc, and use this information to seek reimbursement from the manufacturer or supplier. Only the Manufacturer or Suppliers of goods have the authority to request this repair at their cost.
