Can Questar Buy The Item For Me?
Quite often customers ask if we can buy a specific item in the US for them and handle everything, unfortunately this isn’t feasible for us. In most cases you will need to purchase the item directly from a source in the US and then arrange with Questar to handle the import/export of that item for you… we call this a 3rd Party Purchase. Our ‘sister’ company Questar International, LLC (located in Port Huron, Michigan) can sometimes assist you in sourcing an item in the US and arranging supply of that item, but we still consider this a ‘3rd Party Purchase’ from the standpoint of import/export. You would contact our US sister company directly at: Source@Questar.ca Questar (US) can discuss with you the possibility of sourcing your request… any purchase would be directly with them. Separate from your purchase you will need to contact our Canadian office to arrange import/export of your purchase.
