No. QikProp requires three-dimensional structure files as input. If you have 2D structure files, you must convert them to 3D before predicting their properties with QikProp. You can use LigPrep to convert 2D structures to 3D and perform a fast optimization of the structures. The following third party software may also be helpful in converting the files: Concord, Corina, ChemSketcher, WebLab, or Chem3D.
