Can pure-play VoIP providers survive in the face of low-cost bundles from more established operators?
PURE-PLAY voice-over-IP providers face further marginalisation and even extinction as incumbent and cable operators extend their bundles to include cheap IP voice offerings. VoIP has made heavy in-roads into the residential markets in France and the Netherlands, but not in the form of low-cost alternative providers such as Skype and Vonage.
