Can PSP/TSP be used in liquids?

0

Theoretically, PSP based on oxygen quenching can be used in certain liquids. With current PSP technology the partial pressure of oxygen can be detected. Therefore, oxygen must be present at a density that is proportional to the phenomena (pressure) being measured. Also, optical access for excitation and interrogation must be available for proper operation of both PSP and TSP.
