Can property ads, no longer active, be retained in the system in anticipation of a future desire to re-activate the listing?
A. Yes. Once registered you will have a password to enter the site. Under the “My Ads” link, the status of each property will be shown. Properties that have expired will remain in the system but will not be seen by the public. They can be renewed, deleted or remain in the expired status until you decide their fate. Administrative access will be available for each firm with multiple members, so all ads may be administered by one individual. The administrator can or an individual can select “Save” and an active ad will change to Not Approved, remain on their inventory, but will not be viewable by the public.
