Can previously imaged documents be included in the InfoStore solution?
Often previously imaged documents can be converted to the newly installed iBIC Viewer, however, this is an area that requires a review of existing systems to determine how the conversion can be achieved. We can support most standards based formats, but most of our clients use CCIT Group IV MultiPage Tiffs, PDF, and JPEG.
