We heard from the Republicans. Now it’s time to hear from the Democrats — Jeanne. JEANNE MESERVE, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Kyra, that is right. With me now is Senator Harry Reid. He is a Democrat from the state of Nevada and a member of the Appropriations Committee. Senator, this morning we have seen the president’s budget blueprint. It outlines where he is going to cut. Are you concerned about some of what you have seen in there? SEN. HARRY REID (D), NEVADA: Well, I’m concerned about the budget outline that we have. I am the ranking Democrat on the Environment and Public Works Committee. And some of the things that the administration is now requesting is that we have on renewables, al
