Can Prescribers and Designees edit patient information?
Yes. Prescribers and Designees can now edit the following patient information: • First and Last Name • Middle Initial • Address • City, State and Zip Code • Phone Number • Date of Birth Follow the steps below to change a patients demographic information. • Log in to the iPLEDGE website • Select the Manage Patients button • Select the patient you would like to edit • Select the Edit Patient Demographics button • Make edits to the patients data and select Save Changes • Please show the iPLEDGE program requirements. Female of Child Bearing Potential (FCBP) Initial 30 Days Day 1 = Patient Registration and entry of screening pregnancy results into the iPLEDGE system. Screening pregnancy test can occur up to 30 days prior to patient registration. Screening pregnancy test may be conducted in the prescribers office. 30 Days Patient must be on two forms of contraception for 30 days after patient registration.
