Can premium redemption be done by an authorized person?
Yes, as long as you have signed the Authorization Form that sent along with the redemption letter, and present the HKID copy of the subscriber as verification during redemption, the authorized person can redeem the gift on behalf of the subscriber. However, if subscriber would like to change the premium to be redeemed, he/she must visit the redemption centre in person.
