Can pregnancy symptoms start 2 weeks after intercourse?

Yes! For most people they don’t start getting symptoms until they are 7-8 weeks pregnant (usually 4-5 weeks after intercourse), but for me they started between 1-2 weeks after conception. I only know this because I went in for my 8 week checkup (first one) and they couldn’t see the baby because I was only 6 weeks at the time and I had already been sick for 2 weeks prior. Of course it could always be something else, so wait until you’ve missed your period and take a home test. (Hint: they all read the same, so you can get the cheapest one and if it’s positive then it’s definite. You don’t get false positives. If it’s negative, wait 2 weeks and try again if your period still hasn’t come).
