Can pregnancy symptoms be masked as PMS?
As far as I know pregnancy symptoms can and do mimic PMS. It varies for each woman. I have seven children and each pregnancy I thought I was going to start my period. I had implantation bleeding with my second youngest child and I thought it was my period. We are trying for our eighth child but it’s not as easy as it once was since I am 40 now. Things get a little out of wack at this age…LOL! I won’t really know for about a week if I am pregnant or not. I’ll have to wait and see if I miss my period before I test.
Depends on the kind of PMS symptoms you have. If you have severe cramping, back ache, bloating, then, well, not really. If you get moody, and certain areas become tender, then, yes. It’s really very individual. For me, no way, pregnancy symptoms were very different than PMS symptoms. For others, it’s different.
