Can preferences (eg. page numbering style) be retained from session to session?

MusEdit is able to save preferences from one session to the next. These preferences can be set for a number of things, such as page numbering style, default font, arrow or symbol cursor entry mode, etc. When it comes to page numbering style it is encoded that both as a “document preference” -so that each document has it’s own page numbering preference, since multipage documents may want numbering, but short documents may not- and as a user default. The font of the page numbering is a user preference too.
