Can potted banana plants thrive indoors?
.Potted bananas can grow inside but they need light for at least 10 hours a day-they are a tropical plant so it also needs humidity in addition to the light, especially indoors. With heaters on during the winter, the plant needs the extra moisture in the air. Dracenas and some small palms (ie.parlor palm) are similar and need the same enviornment.
