No because it is not emitting a signal. You have to be making a call to be tracked.

not usually, but if a phone has a built in GPS then they might be able to no matter what

no – they can only track it when there is a signal to the phone and when its off, theres no signal

yup, i believe they cant tho if the battery is out of the phone tho
