Can poisonous snakes regulate their venom when they bite?

0

Evidence indicates that mature rattlesnakes can regulate their venom. I havent heard or read anything that indicates that the other 3 species of North American poisonous snakes do this. Rattlesnakes use their venom for hunting, and they are reluctant to waste perfectly good venom on humans.
