Can PM-SC control the priority of transferring loads to the emergency supply?

Yes. Each of the three (3) load permissive relays are priority ranked and are enabled as generators close onto the emergency bus. Two contacts from each relay are pre-wired to terminals for ease of connection. Two transfer switches can be connected to each relay for prioritized switching.
