Players with August birthdays may request to play up an age division with their school grade. However, placement in the upper soccer age group cannot be guaranteed. Other players may request to play up subject to approval by the TCRSA Board of Directors. Players with physical or mental hardships may request to play down and be approved to do so by the NTSSA Youth Commissioner.
