Can play and install the same game with the same CD and CD key on 2 different computers?

You can install BF2 on 2 different computers. You can play together on the same LAN server but not the same internet server. Sims 2 will work fine. Same goes for Warcraft and Starcraft with Battlefield 2. But obviously the games are different so they are not the same.
