Can plastic surgery make an overall ugly person look pretty?

Symmetry is perceived as the reason for being considered beautiful/attractive. That is what the aim of plastic surgery is, and, depending on the surgeon – and the type of surgery- it can have a positive effect. However, ideally, it should only be performed at a young age, where your skin has retained it’s elasticity. Under 30 is best. This is important in order for the surgery to be more natural looking. It gets to the point as you get older that it looks ‘plastic’ and people can tell you’ve had surgery, because the skin has to be pulled tight. An ugly person requires more work than a pretty person (non-symetrical/ symmetrical) so typically the ugly person requires extensive re-structuring. This however can have a negative effect as the original bone structure becomes weak. It is best to be moderately attractive in the first place or to only have limited work done on the most problematic areas. Don’t get surgery- as from your pic you are a hottie.
