No. Alhough the Recycle Indianapolis program accepts #1 and #2 food and beverage containers, the program does not accept #1 and #2 plastic bags, since they can damage the sorting equipment. All Marion County Kroger stores and Wal-Mart locations, however, do accept ALL plastic grocery bags for recycling inside their stores.
