Can plants grow better with coke or water?

0

I would say water. Coke contains phosphoric acid which leaches nutrients and deprives calcium, it will coat the plant it is placed upon and restrict photosynthesis. Also the sugar in the coke would not only break down parts of the plant, but attract insects which in turn would likely damage the crop. Water however, if pure H20 with a PH of about 7, is perfectly natural and contains all of the necessary hydrating elements necessary for a plant to grow. To summarize, the high acidity and phosphoric content of the Coke, in addition to the massive sugar levels would work in conjunction to severely inhibit a plant from growing normally.
