Yes, they can choose from any frame in the optical area or even from catalogs. Many people today want progressive power no-line multifocals. VCD allows members to apply the benefit amount for trifocals towards the purchase of progressive power lenses. All tints and lens treatments are considered lens extras and are the members responsibility, unless indicated in the plan.
