Can I treat warm or hot water? No. Never fill the upper tank with warm or hot water. Only fill with cold tap water that is microbiologically safe to drink (treated public water supply). Where is the best location of my PiMag Water System? Wherever is the most convenient for use. For cool, refreshing PiMag Water, do not place the PiMag Water System in direct sunlight. How much water does the PiMag Water System hold? The Upper tank holds 5 litres and the lower tank 15 litres. If the lower tank is full, water must not be added to the upper tank.
