Can pharmacists enroll uninsured persons with disabilities and older adults into the program?
Pharmacists are encouraged to assist customers to complete an application if possible. Applications may be submitted online on the New York Prescription Saver web site, over the phone, or by mail. A supply of applications has been sent to all participating pharmacies. Please call the New York Prescription Saver Pharmacy Helpline at 1-800-785-4922 if you would like to request an additional supply of applications to assist your customers.
