If we made an error when personalizing the item we will replace it at no cost to you. In all other circumstances personalized products will may not be returned or exchanged. TOP Gift Giving Q: 1. Sorry, at this time we are unable to offer gift wrapping. TOP Q: 2. Will an invoice be included with my gift purchase A: Since many of our customers are gift givers, we’ve made it a policy not to include prices on the packing slip included with our shipments.
