Hi, I’m Kent. I work here at Joyent. Perl is installed on your accelerator, mine has v5.8.8. You should be able to write your FB application in perl if you so choose. I’m not personally aware if there is a Perl facebook client library. So, you’ll have to figure that out. But, I did check the facebook developers site for Perl and the do have somethings there. http://wiki.developers.facebook.com/index.php/Perl So, in general it looks good to me.
