During pregnancy, we would only recommend a multivitamin supplement specially formulated for pregnancy, such as Perfectil® or Perfectil® Plus with Omega 3. Perfectil® (from Vitabiotics) contains a careful combination of vitamins and minerals, specially developed for use throughout the whole of pregnancy, and also whilst breast-feeding. However, Perfectil® Plus may be used after breast-feeding, instead of Perfectil®, as this is a time when skin and hair may need extra nutritional help to assist their recovery.
