Can people with really dark skin get white tattoos?
Keep in mind that it wouldn’t be white ink ON black skin – it’s actually white ink UNDER black skin. The ink is deposited under the skin and what you eventually see is like looking at something through a pair of sunglasses. Small amounts might be used as highlights and even if the difference is subtle, it might be enough to do the trick. But I wouldn’t count on anything actually looking white.
