Can people suffer from nervous stomach ?
I also have health anxiety which is only at its worst when i thnk that im in danger… sometimes the nervous stomach is caused by tension to the muscles because you’re anxious, its a part of the brain that controls the nervous system which makes the nerves race and hence not being able to go to the toilet, i am like this now. The other day i was told that if i “drank too much water” that i could overdose, i was kinda wierded out so i stopped drinking it although i didnt really think it was true so i asked my sister who is a Respiratory Nurse, she said that its true, you CAN actually drown your organs, asif your actually under water like… :-// FREAKY!!!
