This may be one trick that those “fortune tellers” use, sure. And mind you, I don’t believe in most “fortune tellers” – most are not really psychic and are well versed in reading facial expressions and body language. But for real, gazing into a crystal ball is one method of scrying. It doesn’t work well for me – I use the black scrying mirror.
