Yes, as long as they are not recognizable, otherwise you need a Model Release. If you can recognize their faces, you must have a signed Photo Release from that person. Photo Releases are available here. You upload them along with your photo as a PDF, JPG or GIF. You can print the release, have it signed, and then scan it or just shoot it with your camera.
