It depends what a hippie is. If it’s just someone who rejects society but believes in peace, love and an alternative lifestyle I can’t see why you couldn’t become a hippie these days. But if it refers to a subculture from a specific time (60s) then obviously one can’t become a hippie. At 14 your parents might have some bearing on your decision as well.
